Shipping Policy

1. We can ship order by Fedex, EMS, Rincos, Kpacket.

2. Shipping fee is charged based on box size. 

Therefore, when you buy a big size doll stuff, shipping fee will be very high.   

3. If you live in Euro and purchase less than 135 us dollar, we suggest you select Rincos shipping method because you do not need to pay VAT fee to receive the packet.

- Layaway Policy

We provide Layaway Payment Method when buyer buy a doll or doll parts which is expensive than 200 us dollar.

There will be absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or changes made towards the layaway.

If you cancel your layaway order, you will lost all deposit that you have sent.

All purchase of layaway order is final.

If you want to make layaway order of a trinity doll, i suggest you leave a memo about layaway terms on the comment section and select bank transfer method to complete your order.

I will check your memo and send PayPal invoice to you with partial payment option at that time.

Cancel/Exchange/Refund

• We are carefully checking quality and inspection the products. however, we are responsible for exchange which defective product.
• Please let me know within 1 week after receiving the packet when you received a wrong item or a damaged item.

- For Cancellation

• You may cancel the order through e-mail application before shipment.
• If you purchase with non-deposit account,you can cancel order in my homepage by yourself before payment.
• If you'd like to cancel order for your own will after shipment,buyer has to bear the shipping fee back and forth.

- For return and replacement

• If you need to exchange/return goods,please contact us via email or board for application within 7 business days after arrived the product.
• Under the condition of inappropriate size,you can exchange when stock is available.
• Exchange/refund caused by a change of buyer's will,we may charge you handling fee and buyer is responsible for shipping fee back and forth.
• As soon as your application is confirmed,we will inform you corresponding cost.
• Seller is responsible for shipping fee if product is not described as advertisement,defective goods,shipped incorrectly item.

- Case of impossible return
