- How to order a product
- 1. If you've find favorite items, please put in the basket (Direct order to go beyond the screen, the "Order" and click)
- 2. Product purchase will proceed. Product name and quantity, size, check the fare.
- 3. Please put your order name and address.
- 4. Please select payment method.
- 5. For orders, please check the amount you're willing to pay.
- 6. Payment by Credit Card If you have selected, enter your billing information to payment window after please complete the payment.

- Delivery
- 1. We can ship order by Fedex, EMS, Rincos, EE-packet and by boat.
- 2. We provide free shipping service if a buyer buy more than 2000 us dollar at one time.
- 3. If you buy many doll stands or doll furniture, then it is impossible to provide free shipping service.
- 4. If you find out damage to our dolls and doll stuffs, contact us within 1 week after receiving the packet.
- 5. If we do not receive shipping fee from you when you buy less than 2000 us dollar because of system errror, we will contact you about shipping fee.
- 6. EMS, Fedex and Standard air mail shipping fee is charged based on box size.
- So when you buy a doll stuff that should ship by big box, shipping fee will be very high.

- - Layaway Policy
- We provide Layaway Payment Method when buyer buy a doll or doll parts which is expensive than 200 us dollar.
- There will be absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or changes made towards the layaway.
- If you cancel your layaway order, you will lost all deposit that you have sent.
- All purchase of layaway order is final.
- If you want to make layaway order of a trinity doll, i suggest you leave a memo about layaway terms on the comment section and select bank transfer method to complete your order.
- I will check your memo and send PayPal invoice to you with partial payment option at that time.
- Cancel/Exchange/Refund
- We are carefully checking quality and inspection the products. however, we are responsible for exchange which defective product.
- Please let me know within 1 week after receiving the packet when you received a wrong item or a damaged item.

- - For Cancellation
- You may cancel the order through e-mail application before shipment.
- If you purchase with non-deposit account,you can cancel order in my homepage by yourself before payment.
- If you'd like to cancel order for your own will after shipment,buyer has to bear the shipping fee back and forth.
- - For return and replacement
- If you need to exchange/return goods,please contact us via email or board for application within 7 business days after arrived the product.
- Under the condition of inappropriate size,you can exchange when stock is available.
- Exchange/refund caused by a change of buyer's will,we may charge you handling fee and buyer is responsible for shipping fee back and forth.
- As soon as your application is confirmed,we will inform you corresponding cost.
- Seller is responsible for shipping fee if product is not described as advertisement,defective goods,shipped incorrectly item.
