You can cut it with scissors or a knife to adjust size of this ring. However, please be careful as it may break when it is stretched excessively. To use it, we suggest you insert it between joints so that the tension passes through the middle of the ring. The 18mm ring is used for small joints such as elbows and knees. The 25mm ring is used for neck or where the buttocks and thights meet. We suggest you select right size based on your doll ball joint size.
